Summary: An upgrade to MiVoice Connect R1803-PREM will cause the “Advanced Application Workgroup Monitor” application to stop working.

Overview: It was recently confirmed that an upgrade to MiVoice Connect R1803-PREM will cause the “Advanced Application Workgroup Monitor” application to stop working. If your company uses the Advanced Application Workgroup Monitor, upgraded to R1803-PREM and noticed an issue with the Advanced Application Workgroup Monitor application, please email info@mitelsupport.com or call 844-294-4653.

Recommendation: Install and run a MiVoice Connect build prior to R1803-PREM until Engineering provides an updated build with a fix.

Workaround: None.

Resolution: Engineering is investigating to determine root cause and will include the fix in a future build. Reference ENG-548714.
