MiVoice Connect Release R19.1 introduces support for the Mitel 6900 IP phones & MiContact Center Business 9.2
The Mitel 6900 IP series offer initially includes four models to match the needs of business at all levels. The phones and accessories are tightly integrated with the MiVoice Connect platform, support advanced telephony functions, and deliver outstanding high definition audio.
6940 IP Phone – A powerful executive model that gives business leaders the edge with a 7ʺ color touch screen, cordless voice optimized handset (standard with 6940 IP model), application integration, and twelve programmable keys.
6930 IP Phone – A phone designed for the power users who want to maximize their communication experience with vivid 4.3ʺ color displays and full set of 6900 accessories.
6920 IP Phone – A high value phone with balanced combination of flexibility and reliability with a 3.5ʺ color display, programmable keys and accessories for use at all levels of business.
6910 IP Phone – A standard level phone offering high quality HD voice, 3.4” backlit display, 8 programmable keys and EHS/DHSG headset support.
The Mitel 6900 IP series also support a wide range of accessories designed to increase workplace mobility and improve workflows:
M695 Expansion Key Module – add up to 28 programmable keys to 6900 IP phones, increasing productivity for users who need to monitor multiple phone lines and busy lamp fields. Up to 3 modules can be linked together for up to 84 extra keys.
Integrated DECT Headset – Delivers a connection range of 300 feet (100 meters) to untether users from their desk and improve multitasking functions.
Cordless Bluetooth Handset – Voice optimized for user to enjoy clear conversations without the constraints of handset cord. (Standard on 6940 IP)
WLAN Adapters – Delivers connectivity to the MiVoice Connect network in places where wires cannot go. Eliminate the need for cords with the WLAN Adapters for a completely wireless workstation.
S720 Bluetooth Speakerphone – Benefit from completely hand-free communication and covert any room into a conference room with crisp audio.
The 6900 IP Phones are being added to the existing portfolio of IP400 Series phones for MiVoice Connect. No current products are being discontinued with this announcement
