Find Me & Enhanced Mobility


Missing “Find Me” settings:

In Mitel/ShoreTel Connect, Administrators may notice that for certain users the “find me” feature no longer appears in either ShoreWare Director or from the call routing page under a user's settings in the Connect client. This will happen for any user that has the enhanced mobility feature enabled in ShoreWare Director, as the two features are incompatible. By default, when enabling enhanced mobility, a user’s Standard Availability state will be set to ring their mobility client simultaneously. This behavior can be enabled or disabled on a per availability state basis by either the user or administrator.
