If you have migrated to MiVoice Connect you may have noticed that the Export Call History feature is no longer available. Mitel has reintroduced this feature in R1807.
Users can export their call history from the Recent tab to a .csv file, and it includes the following: Date (mm/dd/yyyy) Time (hh:mm) Direction: incoming, outgoing. Number: DID *** for incoming show origin *** for outgoing show number dialed **** if to another internal user, show full DID Duration (hh:mm:ss) *** only show hh when available *** if less than 1 minute, show 00:ss Call note
